WHY IS IT EXPENSIVE TO SHIP TO EUROPE? Shipping with tracking and via air-mail costs a bit. Surface is cheaper, but it takes months and doesn't have tracking. It's akin to throwing a bottle in the ocean and hoping it makes it to it's destination.
